Shipping:

Orders placed on Former-child.com are processed Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed*, pending payment authorization and verification. 

Former-child.com ships domestically using USPS. Rates calculated at checkout.

International shipping is done via USPS or DHL. Price is calculated at checkout.

Returns:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery*. To initiate a return please contact us with your order number and reason for return or exchange. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will process your return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the package and refund your original payment method or send out a new item.

*Sale items, special order items, and pre-orders are final sale- no exchanges, no returns. 

In case of damaged merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question, depending upon availability. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require proof of damage. For all requests, please contact customer service at info@former-child.com. Once proof of damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.

Pre-Orders:

Preorder is an order placed for item/s before they are available for sale online. When you place a preorder a piece is custom made for you and when the product comes in stock your order will be dispatched. The estimated delivery period will be noted in the description of the product on our website.

At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay 50% of the piece to secure your preorder. The other 50% will be charged via email invoice when we receive your piece from our manufacturer and it is ready to be dispatched to you. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received. No exceptions.

Please choose carefully as we aren't always able to amend orders once they have been placed.

Cancellations: Cancellations of pre-orders is not allowed once the order has been submitted and the deposit has been paid. Nor can it be exchanged. All pre-orders made are considered final sale. The exception to cancellations is if the product is delayed more than 30 days past the original listed estimated date of arrival. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form.

Estimated Date of Arrival: We do our best to provide accurate production estimates, however, please note that pre-order release dates are rarely subject to change. We will update each item’s descriptions and communicate with customers if any delays occur. Should a delay be more than 30 days, we will accept cancellation of the pre-order- just email us.

Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will be informed via email and sent an invoice to pay the remaining 50% balance prior to shipping.
