Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

Orders placed on Former-child.com are processed Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST (excluding major holidays). For made to order or custom products please allow up to six weeks for delivery. Refer to product listing for more information on shipping lead times.

Former-child.com ships domestically using flat rate shipping at a rate of $12. Free express shipping for domestic orders over $500.

International shipping is done via USPS or DHL. Price is calculated at checkout.  

Returns:

Made to order items, sale items, special order & customized items are final sale and not eligible for exchange, return, or refunds.

If your product doesn't fall into any of the categories above, please contact us with your order number and reason for return or exchange to initiate a return. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will process your return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the package and refund your original payment method or send out a new item.

In case of damaged merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question, depending upon availability. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require proof of damage. For all requests, please contact customer service at info@former-child.com. Once proof of damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.
