Orders placed on Former-Child.com are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST (excluding major holidays). During especially busy periods, our processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your piece with care.
For made-to-order or custom products, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. Refer to individual product listings for specific shipping lead times.
We offer complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders over $500.
ALL JEWELRY ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order is listed as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL, with rates calculated at checkout.
Returns
All made-to-order items, sale items, special orders, and customized products are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
If your item does not fall under one of these categories, please contact us at info@former-child.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process. Items must be returned in unused, pristine condition, in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged, we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange, subject to availability. We require proof of damage to process these requests.
Please contact info@former-child.com with your order details and documentation of the damage. Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
