Jewelry Care + Repairs
REPAIRS
Jewelry repairs will be completed at no charge within 120 days of delivery. After 120 days, or for repairs determined to be the result of misuse, a repair fee will apply at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for shipping items to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping once the repair is complete. Each repair will be evaluated on an individual basis. JEWELRY CARE:
Sterling Silver:
Due to silvers composition, it naturally tarnishes. To polish use a silver polishing cloth or take to a skilled jeweler. To clean use a sterling silver cleaning solution or a mixture of soap and warm water. Blot dry.
To Help Prevent Tarnishing:
- Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or any contact with water.
- Store pieces away from direct sunlight and wear them regularly to maintain their natural luster.
- Keep jewelry away from beauty products such as makeup, lotions, hairspray, and gels.
- Always remove when cleaning and avoid contact with household chemicals.
Enamel:
Properly cared for, your enamel piece could last multiple generations. Keep clean by wiping with a soft cloth or rinse with warm water and dry.
To Help Prevent Damage to Enamel Jewelry:
- Avoid contact with chemicals including: perfume, household cleaners, soaps, and beauty products.
- Avoid impacts- watch out for hard surfaces and try not to drop your enamel jewelry.
- Watch out for scratches caused by other jewelry, particularly while storing/traveling.
